Happy Sunday everyone! Sundays for me are filled with church, a home cooked meal and relaxation. So today I felt really casual that included just lipstick, wild curly hair, flats, and patterns. Anyone who know me knows that I love mixing prints. Since, I’m still covering my favorite designers from MBFW I thought I’d give you a glimpse of how wild and crazy I am when I say I absolutely LOVE prints. And the designer I chose from fashion week must’ve had me in mind when creating this collection. (LOL just kidding)
Mara Hoffman’s collection from fashion week had me gasping for more. Her collection was full of sexy tribal prints, bright colors, sheer, two piece pant and skirt sets, and her accessories added just the right touch to the tall, statuesque models serving us LIFE on the runway. Gold ankle, arm, and ear cuffs, are definitely a hot accessory this upcoming season.
Here’s a taste of Hoffman’s collection from Day 3
You’ll definitely see me wearing more accessories this spring/summer. Oh, and more prints as if I don’t have enough already. Here’s my spin to Mara Hoffman’s collection on this casual Sunday.
I love the print of my Peter Pilotto sweater (Target) and how it mixes well with the funky print of my trouser pant. I love my flats and when I do wear them I make sure I have the craziest pair. These oxfords are Jeffrey Campbell, I got these for a steal. They were originally $180-$200 and I got them on sale for $70, and in my opinion metallic will never go out of style. Tell me what you think? I would love to know how you mix your prints, tell me your Tale Tales of Style.
